What we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, the type of building and your message. We send one automatic email to the address you enter, to confirm we received your request.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate and communicate about your project. We do not sell your information.
Marketing emails
We do not add you to a marketing email list because you asked for an estimate. We will only send you marketing emails if you agree to receive them.
Website services
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you send the estimate form, Cloudflare processes it and emails it to our office inbox, which is provided by Yahoo. These companies may store or process information outside Canada.
Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as IP addresses. We use IP addresses to limit spam sent through the form. The service area map is provided by OpenStreetMap, and your browser connects to it when the map loads.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests that do not turn into a job for 2 years, then delete them. If you hire us, we may keep your details longer as part of our job and business records.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser keeps a small note during your visit so the logo animation does not replay on every page.
Children
This website is for property owners, managers and businesses, and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, contact us at acraigandson@yahoo.ca or 604-861-6644.
Privacy contact
Our privacy contact is Shaun Craig. You can reach him at acraigandson@yahoo.ca or 604-861-6644 with any question or complaint about how we handle your information.
If we can’t resolve your complaint, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
