This was a larger strata maintenance project involving more extensive wood repairs and a full trim repaint across multiple buildings. Due to the increased scope, a larger crew was deployed and the work was completed over a longer schedule while maintaining efficiency and consistency throughout. This project involved scaffolding, structural wood repairs, and creative lift access solutions to safely complete all elevations of the building.
