Over 40 years we have painted more than 300 schools, plus post-secondary campuses and training facilities. Most of that work happens in summer or around classes, so we plan high-traffic areas first and keep students and staff moving safely.

Secondary School Exterior

This project involved taking over a school repaint contract after the low bidder was unable to meet the requirement for qualified painters. The school board brought us in on a very tight timeline to ensure the work could be completed properly and safely. We prioritized high-traffic student areas and entrances first, completing them before the school year began. The remaining work was then carried out in September with careful scheduling to minimize disruption to students and staff. The project was delivered on time and to specification.

Elementary School Repaint

For over 40 years, we have completed school painting projects every summer, having worked on more than 300 schools to date. This project stood out due to its unique design elements, particularly the decorative pencil features incorporated into the building.

Aeronautics Facility Interior

Over a three-year period, we completed a full refresh of a large aeronautics facility, working across hallways, offices, labs, training rooms, classrooms, recreation areas, cafeteria, and library spaces. In addition to painting, the scope included the supply and installation of custom stainless steel corner guards in high-traffic areas, as well as Acrovyn wall protection in locations subject to regular impact damage. The result was a durable, clean, and well-protected interior throughout the facility.

Post-Secondary Restoration

A post-secondary building required significant restoration due to widespread coating failure and the presence of lead-based paint. The work was carried out in an active, year-round teaching environment, requiring careful planning to minimize disruption to staff and students. After safe preparation and remediation of existing coatings, the building was repainted with durable finishes designed for high-traffic, high-impact conditions. The result was a refreshed, resilient exterior capable of withstanding heavy daily use while improving the overall appearance of the facility.

School Hallways and Classrooms

This project involved refreshing multiple hallways and classrooms in an educational facility. Working closely with a designer, we implemented vibrant paint accents and custom colour schemes throughout the space. The previously plain hallways were transformed with unique design elements, bringing the interior to life and creating a more engaging environment for students and staff.

We follow the legal requirements for lead paint abatement before recoating, including on hospital handrails, a post-secondary building and a strata restoration.
