Our work

Our projects, told properly.

Every project here is real work by our crews, with the problem we found, how we solved it, and the photos to prove it. Pick the kind of building you manage.

After painting: blue gradient smoke stack standing above an industrial building under dark clouds Commercial & Specialty · 10 photos

Gradient Smoke Stack

This was a highly technical and collaborative project involving engineers, inspectors, safety consultants, environmental consultants, and a board of owner representatives. The stack was transformed from an eyesore into a visually striking feature through advanced coating techniques. We custom-mixed over 30 colours and expertly spray-blended them to create smooth transitions between tones. The result was a unique, high-impact finish that turned a functional structure into a standout architectural feature.
After painting: two-storey secondary school repainted in soft grey and cream above red block Before & after Schools & Campuses · 6 photos

Secondary School Exterior

This project involved taking over a school repaint contract after the low bidder was unable to meet the requirement for qualified painters. The school board brought us in on a very tight timeline to ensure the work could be completed properly and safely. We prioritized high-traffic student areas and entrances first, completing them before the school year began. The remaining work was then carried out in September with careful scheduling to minimize disruption to students and staff. The project was delivered on time and to specification.
After painting: shopping centre repainted with a grey metal roof and light beige walls Retail Spaces · 4 photos

Shopping Centre Repaint

This project involved partnering with a construction company to take over the completion of a mall repaint after the original painting contractor walked away. One of the main challenges was the roof areas, as the mall remained open and busy throughout the work, making spray application impossible. To ensure safety and quality, all coatings were hand-applied. We first installed a two-component epoxy primer, followed by two finish coats of moisture-cured urethane. The system provided exceptional adhesion and durability, delivering a clean, high-performance finish that transformed the space while maintaining full public access.
After painting: long brewery floor finished in glossy grey, with equipment in the background Before & after Light Industrial · 8 photos

Brewery Floor Coating

The smooth concrete floor in this brewery had become worn, unattractive, and overly slippery when wet. We prepared the surface through etching to ensure proper adhesion, then applied a durable epoxy floor system. During application, we incorporated an anti-slip additive to improve safety without compromising cleanability. The finished floor looks clean and professional, is easy to maintain, and provides significantly improved slip resistance in wet conditions.
After painting: bright hospital corridor in fresh off-white, leading to automatic glass doors Hospitals & Health Care · 9 photos

Hospital Interior Refresh

We have an ongoing partnership to refresh a large health care facility, completing work across a wide range of areas including labs, wards, hallways, staircases, parkade, washrooms, treatment rooms, patient rooms, and more. Our primary challenge on these projects is completing all work while minimizing any impact on staff, patients, and day-to-day hospital operations. Careful planning, coordination, and flexible scheduling allow us to deliver high-quality finishes in highly sensitive, active health care environments.
After painting: hospital side elevation finished in bright white, from the street Before & after Hospitals & Health Care · 8 photos

Hospital Cladding and Lead Abatement

A hospital engaged us to resolve coating failures on metal cladding and address lead paint on a handrail requiring abatement. The cladding was vapour blasted and primed with a bonding system, while the handrail was safely abated and primed with epoxy. All surfaces were finished with a light industrial semi-gloss enamel, resulting in a clean, durable, and well-adhered finish suitable for a health care environment.
After painting: long-term care centre courtyard after the exterior refresh, in clean light stucco, Lower Mainland Video Hospitals & Health Care · Lower Mainland · 12 photos

Extended Care Exterior

This long-term care centre in the Lower Mainland required a full exterior refresh due to aged and stained concrete stucco. After thorough washing and surface preparation, we applied a clear sealer to exposed concrete areas and recoated the stucco system. The stucco received a full bonding primer followed by a satin latex finish coat, both selected for durability and performance. All products used were low VOC to ensure minimal impact on building occupants throughout the project.
After painting: refreshed white walls around a drinking fountain and washroom signs in an aeronautics facility Schools & Campuses · 9 photos

Aeronautics Facility Interior

Over a three-year period, we completed a full refresh of a large aeronautics facility, working across hallways, offices, labs, training rooms, classrooms, recreation areas, cafeteria, and library spaces. In addition to painting, the scope included the supply and installation of custom stainless steel corner guards in high-traffic areas, as well as Acrovyn wall protection in locations subject to regular impact damage. The result was a durable, clean, and well-protected interior throughout the facility.
After painting: restored post-secondary building with smooth, even light grey panels Before & after Schools & Campuses · 8 photos

Post-Secondary Restoration

A post-secondary building required significant restoration due to widespread coating failure and the presence of lead-based paint. The work was carried out in an active, year-round teaching environment, requiring careful planning to minimize disruption to staff and students. After safe preparation and remediation of existing coatings, the building was repainted with durable finishes designed for high-traffic, high-impact conditions. The result was a refreshed, resilient exterior capable of withstanding heavy daily use while improving the overall appearance of the facility.
After painting: warehouse interior transformed with white ceilings and bright yellow column guards Light Industrial · 11 photos

100,000 sq. ft. Warehouse Interior

This 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse underwent a complete interior transformation, turning a dark, dirty, and difficult-to-lease space into a bright, modern facility. Our team first used a phosphoric acid treatment to properly etch the galvanized steel ceiling, ensuring maximum coating adhesion and long-term durability. We then applied a clean white finish to the ceiling, walls, and structural columns while highlighting the lower steel with safety yellow for improved visibility and workplace safety.
