Lead paint abatement
We follow the legal requirements for lead paint abatement before recoating, including on hospital handrails, a post-secondary building and a strata restoration.
Crews are always harnessed in boom lifts, with scaffolding and lift access for tall elevations, and a custom track system that let our man lift reach a high overhead ceiling.
Work across active hospital areas with minimal impact on patients, after-hours and overnight shifts in offices, hand-applied coatings while a mall stayed open, and controlled access zones around public work areas.

Can you work while the building is occupied?
Yes, most of our work is in occupied buildings: strata homes, hospitals, schools, offices and tenanted warehouses. We schedule around residents and operations, and have worked after hours and overnight when needed.
Do you handle wood repair and other prep work?
Yes. Our strata projects regularly include rotten wood replacement, deck membrane repairs and caulking, along with full surface preparation before painting.
Can you deal with lead paint or failing coatings?
Yes. We have safely abated lead paint on hospital, post-secondary and strata projects, and restored failing coatings on cladding, stucco, steel and concrete.
Do you do floors and specialty coatings?
Yes, including brewery and automotive shop floors, pool coatings, moisture-cured urethanes for steel, and roof coatings.
