Heritage Strata Restoration

This large strata complex included a combination of heritage and newer buildings, with challenging access on several elevations. Through creative planning and the temporary relocation of landscaping, we eliminated the need for much of the scaffolding, saving the strata approximately $40,000 in access costs.

The project also included extensive rotten wood replacement, membrane deck repairs, and lead abatement, delivering a complete restoration while maintaining the character and integrity of the property.
