Warehouse and Storefronts

Retail Spaces

Warehouse and retail building repainted in light grey, with glass storefronts

This warehouse and retail storefront building required extensive surface preparation, including thorough pressure washing and scraping, before new coatings could be applied. The result was a clean, vibrant finish that significantly enhanced the property’s appearance.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with the businesses to minimize disruptions and ensure they could continue operating as usual. Careful planning and communication allowed us to complete the repaint safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact on tenants and customers.

Shopping Centre Repaint

This project involved partnering with a construction company to take over the completion of a mall repaint after the original painting contractor walked away. One of the main challenges was the roof areas, as the mall remained open and busy throughout the work, making spray application impossible. To ensure safety and quality, all coatings were hand-applied. We first installed a two-component epoxy primer, followed by two finish coats of moisture-cured urethane. The system provided exceptional adhesion and durability, delivering a clean, high-performance finish that transformed the space while maintaining full public access.
