After painting: two-storey strata home with brown shingles and white railings, with a colourful garden

This high-end strata community consisted of 84 individual homes and was fully repainted over a two-year period. The project featured seven unique colour schemes and was completed under inspection by the MPDA to ensure the highest quality standards.

Through careful planning and consistent communication with residents, the project was completed on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of both the client and inspectors.

Heritage Strata Restoration

This large strata complex included a combination of heritage and newer buildings, with challenging access on several elevations. Through creative planning and the temporary relocation of landscaping, we eliminated the need for much of the scaffolding, saving the strata approximately $40,000 in access costs.

Strata Trim Repaint

This was a smaller strata maintenance project involving targeted wood repairs and a trim repaint. With a two-person crew, we were able to complete the work efficiently, on schedule, and within the strata’s budget.

Strata Maintenance Program

This was a larger strata maintenance project involving more extensive wood repairs and a full trim repaint across multiple buildings. Due to the increased scope, a larger crew was deployed and the work was completed over a longer schedule while maintaining efficiency and consistency throughout.
