Light Industrial
This 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse underwent a complete interior transformation, turning a dark, dirty, and difficult-to-lease space into a bright, modern facility. Our team first used a phosphoric acid treatment to properly etch the galvanized steel ceiling, ensuring maximum coating adhesion and long-term durability. We then applied a clean white finish to the ceiling, walls, and structural columns while highlighting the lower steel with safety yellow for improved visibility and workplace safety.
The result was a dramatic improvement in both appearance and functionality. Within just a few weeks of completion, the refreshed space became significantly more attractive to prospective tenants, demonstrating how a professional commercial paint project can add real value to an industrial property.

Before & after
Before & after Automotive Shop Floor
This floor had years of embedded oil contamination that regular washing and etching could not fully remove or prepare for a new coating system. To ensure proper adhesion, we had the surface shot blasted to remove contamination and open up the concrete profile. The resulting clean, even surface provided an ideal mechanical bond for the epoxy system, ensuring long-term durability and performance.
