Who does warehouse painting in Delta?
A. Craig & Son Painting paints warehouses and business parks across Delta, Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We are a fifth-generation family painting company based in Surrey, in business since 1934.
Can tenants keep working during the repaint?
Yes. On one three-building complex we coordinated closely with each tenant, so businesses stayed fully functional during the work.
Can you fix cracking and alkali bleeding?
Yes. On a business centre we used a full bonding, alkali-resistant primer, a high-build coat to bridge cracks, and a premium satin latex finish.
