Business Centre Restoration

Light Industrial

Before painting: rust-stained red canopy and window frames on a commercial building
After painting: repainted red steel canopy and window frames on a cream wall

This commercial building required extensive restoration due to severe cracking and alkali bleeding. To ensure a long-lasting finish, we used a specialized three-coat system:

1. Full bonding, alkali-resistant primer. 2. High-build intermediate coat to bridge surface cracks. 3. Premium satin latex finish for durability and easier maintenance.

The completed project restored the building’s appearance, leaving it looking like new and ready for leasing.

Brewery Floor Coating

The smooth concrete floor in this brewery had become worn, unattractive, and overly slippery when wet. We prepared the surface through etching to ensure proper adhesion, then applied a durable epoxy floor system. During application, we incorporated an anti-slip additive to improve safety without compromising cleanability. The finished floor looks clean and professional, is easy to maintain, and provides significantly improved slip resistance in wet conditions.

100,000 sq. ft. Warehouse Interior

This 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse underwent a complete interior transformation, turning a dark, dirty, and difficult-to-lease space into a bright, modern facility. Our team first used a phosphoric acid treatment to properly etch the galvanized steel ceiling, ensuring maximum coating adhesion and long-term durability. We then applied a clean white finish to the ceiling, walls, and structural columns while highlighting the lower steel with safety yellow for improved visibility and workplace safety.
